OK, here we go. There’s real, solid wood for your floor. Available unfinished or finished in wax, oil, varnish, etc. Then there’s real wood that has been “engineered” so that it locks together the way laminate flooring does.

Or you can choose engineered wood that is actually high quality plywood underneath with a real wood veneer on top. Again, it slots together to save time and money on the installation.

Finally, laminate provides an alternative for those of us who are budget conscious. It’s lightweight, easier to install and comes in hundreds of designs and colours. High quality laminate can look just as good as the real thing.

So take your pick. We’ve got dozens of samples for you to browse and borrow in our showroom - and once again, you should see your prospective flooring in the flesh. They look different on computer screens and brochures.
